Worn or worn guide bushings can damage the stanchions of the suspension fork and impair its function. Replacing them in good time will prevent subsequent damage and maintain the optimal performance of your suspension.

By adjusting the spring rate (spring hardness) to your weight, riding style and area of ​​use, you get the most out of your suspension fork - for more performance, control and safety on every route.

Reasons for adjusting the spring rate:

• Optimal balance & driving stability → A spring that is too soft leads to deep sinking, a spring that is too hard reduces traction.

• Better response → The spring must be precisely matched to the rider’s weight and intended use (e.g. off-road, enduro, street & race track).

• Maximum control & safety → An incorrect spring rate can negatively affect handling and encourage driving errors.

• Longer service life of the components → An optimal adjustment of the spring hardness relieves the load on the dampers and chassis bearings and prevents excessive wear.

In the next step, you can enter information about the driver's weight, vehicle, intended use and driving style. Using a spring test bench and your data, the optimal spring rate for your requirements is determined and installed.
